Sit or stand in stillness. Bare feet to the Earth if possible.
Hands resting on your lower abdomen—your origin gate.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in for four
Hold
Exhale for six
Again
And again

Feel a deep ruby-red current begin to rise from your root
It spirals into your spine
It pulses into your blood
It begins awakening what was buried

Now hum low and deep—let it vibrate your bones:

I command my blood, bones, and cells to remember Source.
No being may code or alter my body without my Oversoul’s permission.
I am the living return of the divine template.
